Long Form 2
Blocking and Countering with multiple attackers

  1. From a meditating horse stance, step forward with the right foot into a neutral bow while simultaneously delivering a right hammering inward block. Follow with a right outward sword, left palm heel strike into a foreward bow and a right hand vertical finger thrust into a neutral bow.
  2. Step forward with the left foot into a neutral bow while simultaneously delivering a left thrusting inward block. Follow with a left outward sword, right palm heel strike into a foreward bow and a left hand vertical finger thrust into a neutral bow.
  3. Cat in with the left foot while packing the hands on the right side with left over right. Step to 8 oclock with the left foot while simultaneously delivering a left outward extended block and a right horizontal punch to 9 oclock. Do a left vertical thrust punch followed by a right vertical thrust punch both at face level. Finish with a simultaneous left thrust punch to the face and left side kick to knee level.
  4. Cat in with the right foot while packing the hands on the left side with right over left. Step to 4 oclock with the right foot while simultaneously delivering a right outward extended block and a left horizontal punch to 3 oclock. Do a right vertical thrust punch followed by a left vertical thrust punch both at face level. Finish with a simultaneous right thrust punch to the face and right side kick to knee level.
  5. Slide your left foot back and behind to 5 oclock. Unwind counterclockwise and do a right inward block and a left downward block ending in a neutral bow. Turn left into a forward bow and do a left upward block and a right downward hammer fist to the groin. Turn right back into a neutral bow as you do a left palm claw to the face followed by a right rising backfist. Circle hands to deliver a left back fist followed by a right back fist to the face.
  6. Slide your right foot back and behind to 1 oclock. Unwind clockwise and do a left inward block and a right downward block ending in a neutral bow. Turn right into a forward bow and do a right upward block and a left downward hammer fist to the groin. Turn left back into a neutral bow as you do a right palm claw to the face followed by a left rising backfist. Circle hands to deliver a right back fist followed by a left back fist to the face.
  7. Step to 10 oclock with the right foot as you unwind counterclockwise and do a right downward inward block followed by a left downward outward block. Circle the left hand inward into a left back knuckle strike to the back of attackers head followed by a right horizontal punch and chambering the left hand. Simulataneous do a left front punch and right front kick landing at 4 oclock. Unwind counterclockwise while delivering a right vertical punch.
  8. Step back in with the right foot and slide to 8 oclock as you unwind clockwise and do a left downward inward block followed by a right downward outward block. Circle the right hand inward into a right back knuckle strike to the back of attackers head followed by a left horizontal punch and chambering the right hand. Simulataneous do a right front punch and left front kick landing at 8 oclock. Unwind clockwise while delivering a left vertical punch.
  9. Do a left front cross over towards 2 oclock while doing a left overhead punch. Step again toward 2 oclock but with the right foot and do a right uppercut to the face. Rotate the right elbow horizontal and do a left hand two finger thrust to the eyes over your right wrist. Finish with a right hand and then a left hand two finger thrust to the eyes.
  10. Do a right front cross over towards 10 oclock while doing a right overhead punch. Step again toward 10 oclock but with the left foot and do a left uppercut to the face. Rotate the left elbow horizontal and do a right hand two finger thrust to the eyes over your left wrist. Finish with a left hand and then a right hand two finger thrust to the eyes.

Raking Mace
Defense against a two handed lapel grab and pull

  1. Trap attackers hands with your left hand as you step forward with the right foot while delivering a right uppercut to the mid-section.
  2. Deliver a left outward sword hand to the throat.
  3. Circle right hand up and deliver a right hammer fist to attackers face.
  4. Deliver a right outward hand sword to the throat following with a step drag forward and a left palm / right elbow sandwich.

Shield and Mace
Defense against a straight right punch

  1. Step forward and to the left while doing a left inward / right outward parry. With your right hand checking the right arm, deliver a left punch to the right kidney.
  2. Jump check with the left hand as you deliver a right downward backfist to attackers right kidney followed with a right upward palm heel strike to the chin.
  3. Continue with the right hand and jumpcheck with the left as you deliver an outward hand sword to attackers right knee.
  4. Deliver a right side kick to attackers left knee and step cross out of range.

Returning the Storm
Defense against a right overhead club followed by a right back club

  1. Step back with the left foot into a reverse bow avoiding the initial club strike.
  2. As the club passes by, step forward with the left foot in front of attacker and place both forearms in front of you to block the attacking backhand club hand.
  3. Grab the attackers right arm with your right hand and use your left forearm to brace upward to the back of their upper arm.
  4. Step back with the right foot as you transition into an armbar. Keep pressure applied as you drive them down.
  5. Deliver a right knee to the face.

Thrusting Wedge
Defense against a two handed front push

  1. Step forward with the right foot into a forward bow as you extend your arms forward in triangle shape (left palm behind right hand). The extended arms deliver the blow to the attackers face as he is stepping in.
  2. Thrust both hands downward to drive attackers arms down.
  3. With left hand checking attackers right arm, deliver a right upward elbow followed by a right palm heel claw strike.

Flashing Wings
Defense against a straight right punch

  1. Step forward and to the left while doing a left inward block. Step drag forward and deliver a right inward elbow to the ribs. Your right elbow follows through and extends across in front of you while your left hand maintains a check at your face level.
  2. Deliver a right rear elbow to the attacker's back just under the shoulder blade. Follow through with the elbow with a right outward hand sword strike.
  3. Continue clockwise into a wide kneel stance as you deliver a left downward inward sword strike to the back of the neck. Follow with a rising upward palm strike to the throat.
